Doing church after a disaffiliation vote

After losing a chunk of the congregation because of a painful disaffiliation vote, it was time to discern a new future for Memorial United Methodist Church in Gladstone, Michigan. A workshop with three United Methodist authors helped make it happen.

Ukraine a top priority for Global Ministries

The United Methodist Committee on Relief has approved more than $17 million so far to help the people of Ukraine, and more aid is on the way, the United Methodist Board of Global Ministries announced during its fall meeting.

Russian-speaking congregation supports Ukrainian refugees

While Russians and Ukrainians engage in war in various parts of Ukraine, a Russian-speaking United Methodist congregation in Prague is finding ways to support Ukrainian refugees.
